Audition Details for "Just Desserts"
Greetings & welcome to the NEW Southern Hills Community Theatre website!
We are thrilled to announce the date and details of auditions for our 2016 dinner theatre production "Just Desserts" by Craig Sodaro, Directed by Donna Behrens and Assistant Directed by Isaiah Crossman!
Auditions will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 7pm at Woolly's Grill & Cellar.
Just Desserts is an hour-long audience participation mystery. Judge Cogsworth, a curmudgeon who hates sweets, is judging a charity bake-off. Countless entries have been whittled down to three, submitted by Lucy "Scooter" Bright, the owner of a nail salon, Edna Mae Carter, a librarian, and Margaret Mason, a society lady.
In the middle of the tasting, Judge Cogsworth drops dead and it's up to Miss Peabody, the head of the contest, and the audience to determine the murderer.
There are only five characters - one man and four women - up for grabs in this production:
